We had a great time at this place! The location was perfect, with bungalows close to the amphitheater and also close to the beach. The hotel itself had everything we needed. The service was excellent, from the car hire to the housekeeping. The shops and commercial services on-site made it convenient for us to get anything we needed. The room amenities, like the air conditioning and mini-bar, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the balcony and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. the hotel provided a comfortable and luxurious experience.

AMAZING stay, highly recommended! Clean and comfortable family room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great kids concepts and activities. Variety of delicious buffet food. Wonderful swimming pools and aqua land. Beautiful sand beach with activities. Amazing kids club with attentive staff.

The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The location on a beautiful sandy beach was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were really good, always putting the customer first and providing great service. Transportation was convenient, with a shuttle service to the beach every 10/15 minutes.
Everything is what I need and want.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The Water Park was amazing, with plenty of fast slides for adults and a separate area for smaller kids. The warm water was a pleasant surprise. The buffet restaurant offered a great variety of food and was well-managed. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the lifeguards who ensured our safety. The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely and had a terrace and a small kitchen. The resort was like a village and had a great atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenience of having a doctor onsite. I will definitely recommend this resort.

If you're looking for a quiet location, it's best to avoid getting a bungalow close to the amphitheater as it can get quite noisy during evening shows. On the other hand, if you enjoy evening entertainment, then getting a bungalow close to the amphitheater would be ideal. the hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center, making it convenient for guests to do some shopping during their stay.
One negative aspect is that some of the staff members do not speak fluent English, which can make communication a bit challenging.
